This class will be a mix of dynamic flows and balance which will generate some heat and also some weeks doing more gentler mindful flows to allow you to reset and recharge.

I'll be breaking down movements and will give you explanations of what the benefits are for the postures so that you can get the most from your practice.

You are welcome to bring your own mat and equipment but mats, blocks and belts will be provided.

Suitable for: These are open level classes and postures can be modified to suit all levels.
